GOOD NEWS!

I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to GEICO. No…not really this is BETTER!

My good friend CeAnn from Sedona, AZ will be making a Texas tour on November 14-16, 2008.  I will be posting more details on my website.  Please contact me about attending these wonderful events that he has planned – reservations are requested so we have a head count.  I am honored to say that the event venue is Messages of Joy, an energetic manifestation of space in the Lewisville, Texas area. Check out their site.

If you would like to read more about CeAnn, please see his website Visionary Guidance. This will be his first time back in Texas in almost 5 years, so I want to make this event one to remember.  I hope if you cannot attend that you would join me in sourcing his return to this area very soon!

Be Blessed!

How many people did you kill this morning?

Okay…so this is a post that I DO NOT want to write. Why? Because it show’s a side of me that is NOT pretty.  So…some background.  Living in Dallas I’ve come to expect that traffic is going to be bad at certain times of the day.  It takes me 40 minutes to get from my home to my work.  Thats 40 minutes of unadulterated chances for road rage.

As I was driving yesterday, Aleah came to me and asked, “So…how many more people are you going to kill off this morning?”  I looked at her and said, “What the hell are you talking about?”  She went on to explain.

“Every time you shout or yell towards someone, you do so with a negative intent. Physically they cannot hear you, but those emotional outburst translate into a strong energetic force that hits them.  Do you still think you are not doing any harm?  Your energy can change their entire day and effectively kill off their joy, creativity and peace.  Now thats fucked up!”

Wow…

As I was talking to my friend Tia last night, I realized that this same thing could be applied to ANY conversation I have. With my significant other, with friends, with my boss, whoever. Its going to take some time to change my thinking about how I communicate…but I want to make a positive impact on the world. I know I can’t do that if I am killing it off with my words.
