Awakening Your Existence!

Angels and Angelic Beings

What are Angels?

I was taught at an early age that the Angels were created by God to essentially keep God company in the vast universe God created. (Please note that I am not using the personal pronouns to denote the gender of the godhead. I will explain more about this in the Spirituality section.)I learned that Angels were messengers and brought wisdom and guidance to the world. I was also taught that Angels brought destruction and wreaked havoc on cities that were not under God’s favor. I was taught that God gave the Angels free will as God would eventually give Humankind, and that is what led to the fall of many Angels which are now called demons. Some of those Angels decided that they knew better how to run the Universe and that is what in turn caused God to cast them out of that wonderfully, pearly gate guarded, golden street world up above the clouds called Heaven. With all that said, you would probably think I do not believe in Angels. Quite the contrary.

When I started inquiring to the nature of Guides I mistakenly started calling Saliah my “Guardian Angel.” Saliah quickly corrected me and started teaching me about Angels and Angelic Beings.

"Angels are messengers from the Universe. They are a part of the Universal Energy and exist quite like humans do. They ARE part of God, just as they ARE God. They do not exist outside the body of what is called God. Angels were not shut out of heaven, nor were they asked to leave, they exist in the presence and beautiful peacefulness of the Creator, just as you and I do.”
~Saliah

I then had to ask if there are demons. I thought demons could posses, terrify and cause pain to men here on this Earth.

"Angels are energetic Beings. They exist because the Universe exists. They do not have a positive or negative alignment of energy. The term demon is a way that Humans put a name for their separation from the Stream. Human’s attempt to disconnect from the Universal Flow of the Stream is what is at the cause human afflictions. Just as electricity exists for mankind, it can be used to light a home, and can be used to end a human existence. Electricity is not a duality, it exists as energy. Humans have put a label on the outcome of the use of that energy…therefore it exists as bad and good. The term demon, is a human label that attempts to put the basis of human affliction onto a ‘higher entity’. Affliction is not caused by higher entities, but by Humans attempting to disconnect from the Universal Flow of the Stream."

"Your Guardian Angel is so connected to the Universal Energy that the natural laws of Earth do not apply to them, and they can cause physical change to your surrounding to keep you from harm."
~Saliah

My Angel Encounter

My Guardian Angel

When I was a junior in High School I was in the marching band, and many times had practice after school. I would get done with practice and go to the local coffee shop and get something to eat until my father could come pick me up. I remember the day so vividly. The town I lived in had a small private college that annually hosted a “Missionary” conference. This week the conference was in full swing, and seemed like everyone that needed to eat was here at the coffee shop. I couldn’t find a table so I seated myself at the counter, the only seat left in the establishment. I ordered the Hot Dog Special ($1.99, what a bargain.) As I was waiting for my order, a lovely gray-haired woman to my left started talking with me. I remember being very uncomfortable, but kept the conversation going. I learned her name from the Conference badge she was wearing. I was intrigued that her name was the same as a person I knew at the church I was attending and had know for years. About half way through my Hot Dog Special, the woman looked at me and said, “Matthew, you are destined for wonderful things.” The immature teenager in me laughed. She smiled, said goodbye and went to the cash register to pay for her meal. I took a little longer to finish my meal and got up to leave. I walked to the register, and to my horror, I could not find the $5 my father had given me in the morning to pay for my meal. The checkout person noticed me frantically going through my pockets and asked, “Hon, what are you looking for?” I admitted to her that I had lost the money that I was going to use to pay for my meal. She smiled and said, “Sweetheart, that lovely young woman that was setting next to you paid for your meal.” I stopped, because I didn’t know what to address first, the fact that the woman had paid for my meal or what she said about ‘the lovely young woman’. I asked, “She paid for my meal?” She answered, “Yes, so you don’t have to worry about it.” I asked, “But the woman sitting next to me was an older woman.” She gave me a puzzled look and said, “Sweetheart, that woman was sitting there for almost an hour before you arrived, and I am quite sure that she was about 20 something.” I didn’t know what to say, I was so confused. I said thanks and walked outside to the parking lot to meet my father. I told my father what had happened and after being reprimanded for losing the $5 he insisted that I pay the woman back for her generosity.

My uncle worked for the college, and directed the database for all Missionary Conference participants, so it was going to be an easy thing to find the registration and where the woman was. Or so I thought. There was no one at the Missionary Conference with the name I gave him. “But she had an official badge!” I insisted. Downhearted I left his office and made my way through campus. Walking up the hill to theater center, I saw her. I started running up the hill, yelling her name. I lost my footing somehow and fell to the ground. When I looked back up…she was gone. There were college students all around when I saw her, so I ran up to them and asked, “Where is that older woman that was just here?” They all looked at me puzzled. I walked over to the steps where I saw her and said, “She was standing RIGHT HERE!” Apparently they didn’t know what the frantic teenager was talking about, so I left frustrated and crying. I headed toward town. I was almost back to the coffee shop when a breeze started blowing, as I walked around the corner of the campus Chapel, a $5 bill blew up the side walk and stopped at my toes.

I somehow knew who it was from.
